- We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team for a 6-month fixed term contract. Based in our Parnell office, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support for 200+ users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with system and application queries. If you’re ready to jump into varied role, supporting everything from desktops and laptops to business-critical applications and collaboration tools, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include
- Act as the first point of contact for technical queries regarding hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
- Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting, including telephony and video conferencing tools.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Troubleshoot and escalate network and server issues where required.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and training resources.
- Support hardware lifecycle management (procurement, setup, and decommissioning).
- Assist with basic ERP and business application support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and user experience.
- Your skills and experience
Our ideal candidate will have
- 2+ years' experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Broad understanding of hardware, software and operating systems including ERP and project management applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, AAD and M365 suite.
- Experience with networking (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
- A good awareness of information security principles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
