Position: Hygiene Manager
Location: Auckland
Employment Type: Full-Time (Minimum 30 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour
Availability: Rostered shifts including weekends, night shifts, public holidays, split and floating shifts.
Candidate must be compulsorily available for Weekends.
Your Key Responsibilies:
- You will be managing the site by providing conngency, mentoring and coaching the
- Effecvely manage & maintain key stakeholder relaonships, service delivery, staff
service delivery, organisaonal procedures, and employees.
- Ensure compliance with Occupaonal Health and Safety regulaons.
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance for daily operang protocol, quality control
and internal pracces.
- Leading by example and driving connuous improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relaonships with clients.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented.
- Looking aer the company and client property and equipment.
- Controlling documentaon and reporng of correct and accurate data.
- You will also parcipate in daily cleaning verificaon checks to ensure the quality outcomes
- Monitor inventory levels through stock ordering and daily and spot inventory checks,
requirements and maintain the Inventory accordingly
- Negoang with the vendors for the Pricing of the product in the best interests of the
Inventory regularly.
- Developing effecve markeng strategies to ensure business profitability.
- Prepare and control the monthly budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
- Being accountable for the profitability of the business
- Coordinate and negoate with B2B & B2C clients to get maximum business profitability.
- Establish and maintain relaonships with clients and take regular feedback about services
- Listen to client feedback/complaints and ensure they are aconed accordingly.
- Perform all other related dues and responsibilies as apparent or as assigned.
- Manage Staff roster, training, provide clear, construcve feedback and support to every team
- Deliver supplies and equipment to sites (vehicle provided)
- Monitor financial and contract performance while driving connuous improvement.
- Minimum 2-3 Years of relevant experience required to work as a manager.
- However, a Diploma level of Qualificaon can substute the relevant work Experience
- Should know how to operate cleaning equipment’s such as Floor scrubbing and buffing, Floor
- Need to be mature and handle responsibilies during shis for the business and staff
- Ability to work in a Mulcultural Environment. Possess movaonal and leadership skills.
- Team player and ability to work competently under pressure.
- Must be able to work across any shis including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must have a Valid Driving license in New Zealand or an equivalent overseas driving license to
- Must be a fit, quick thinker, reliable, trustworthy, and self-movated.
- Able to li weights up to 25kg.
- Must be able to pass random drug test
- Must have an eye to detail.
- Must have No Serious Criminal Convicon
