UTTR is looking for a HubSpot Freelancer to support our growing portfolio of B2B clients. This role is ideal for someone who is highly operational in HubSpot, enjoys solving complex RevOps challenges, and can translate business requirements into scalable CRM systems and processes. This is a freelance, contract-based role, supporting clients on an ad-hoc basis across revenue operations initiatives. Responsibilities Revenue operations support: Work across marketing, sales, and customer success pipelines to support full-funnel revenue operations within HubSpot. HubSpot architecture & automation: Design, build, and optimize HubSpot system architecture, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, lead routing, and automation logic. Data management & reporting: Ensure data hygiene and consistency across HubSpot portals. Build dashboards and reports covering marketing, sales, and revenue performance. Process optimization: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in RevOps processes and implement improvements that support scalability and alignment across teams. Integrations & tooling: Support HubSpot integrations with other tools (e.g. product, billing, or enrichment tools) and troubleshoot data sync issues. Client collaboration: Work closely with UTTR’s internal team to understand client goals, requirements, and timelines, ensuring solutions align with broader revenue strategy. Ad-hoc troubleshooting: Provide tactical, real-time support for HubSpot and RevOps-related issues as they arise. What You’ll Bring to the Table Strong HubSpot experience: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot portals, particularly Marketing. RevOps mindset: Solid understanding of revenue operations concepts, including lead management, lifecycle stages, pipeline management, attribution, and reporting. B2B SaaS experience: Experience working with B2B companies, ideally in SaaS or high-growth startup environments. Analytical & systems-oriented: Comfortable working with complex data models, automation logic, and CRM architecture. Clear communication: Able to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Freelance experience: Comfortable working on an ad-hoc or hourly basis, managing multiple priorities across clients.
