We're looking for a detail-driven, systems-savvy HR Administrator to join our HR team and play a key role in delivering a seamless, consistent and people-first HR experience across New Zealand and Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being the centre of the team, enjoys working with HR systems and data, and takes pride in being the engine that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The role

Reporting to the GM of HR, the HR Administrator is the backbone of our HR operations. You'll own the day-to-day administration, be a trusted first point of contact for HR queries and take a hands-on role in managing and continuously improving our HRIS and learning systems. This is a role with strong rhythm and ownership - balancing weekly operational tasks with monthly reporting, system updates and continuous improvement.

Here's a look at some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including preparing employment documentation and coordinating onboarding and offboarding.
  • Managing HR documentation and employee records with accuracy, care and confidentiality.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and project support to the HR team.
  • Taking ownership of our HRIS and e-learning platforms, acting as the key system administrator.
  • Maintaining data integrity, workflows, content and system updates.
  • Responding to technical HRIS queries, running system training and supporting user adoption.
  • Implementing system enhancements and continuous improvements.
  • Preparing regular HR reports, compliance metrics and people insights.
  • Auditing HRIS data and supporting monthly HR reporting cycles.
  • Supporting recruitment activities by partnering closely with our Recruitment Partner to deliver great candidate experiences.

You're someone who:

  • Has experience in an HR, systems or administration-heavy coordination role.
  • Is highly organised, detail-obsessed and loves a good process.
  • Is confident working with HRIS platforms, data, reports and technology.
  • Enjoys troubleshooting, learning new systems and helping others do the same.
  • Takes ownership, follows through and looks for smarter ways to work.
  • Is approachable, collaborative and genuinely cares about people.
