- What You’ll Do
- In this role, you will shape and lead eShepherd’s global Specialist Partner program.
- You will bring a mix of clear thinking, practical problem solving, and strong relationship skills to build a partner ecosystem that supports farmers and helps us grow in the markets that matter most.
- Your work will set the foundation for how we partner, how we scale, and how we support people who work with our technology around the world.
- Drawing on your strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise, you’ll engage directly with high-value partners and collaborate with regional teams to activate and grow partnerships globally.

You will focus on
- Identifying, negotiating, and onboarding Specialist Partners who can make a meaningful difference in key markets, and ensuring they are set up for early success.
- Creating simple and scalable enablement tools and training, including digital learning and clear performance dashboards, so partners feel confident with our technology and can deliver consistent value for farmers.
- Working closely with teams across the business such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Operations and our Regional Leads to make sure partners have the support, information and guidance they need.
- Monitoring how partners are performing, understanding what is working well and where improvements are needed, and using those insights to refine our partnership model and lift the value we deliver together.
- Your efforts will help us understand what our partners need to succeed and how we can support them in a simple and consistent way. You will also play an important part in how we strengthen our approach over time, using insights, collaboration, and steady improvements to lift the value we create together. This is a chance to build something that lasts while staying close to the people and teams who rely on it every day.
