About
- Lead cross-functional efforts to source, analyse, and consolidate operational and emissions data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare comprehensive emissions reporting and climate-related disclosures in alignment with GHG Protocol and AASB S2 standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective climate-related policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain robust data integrity and documentation processes to ensure compliance and facilitate external assurance.
- Perform carbon modelling and deliver actionable insights to support strategic planning and options analysis.
- Create compelling data visualisations and workshop materials to clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- Strengthen organisational capability by facilitating targeted training, presentations, and benchmarking against industry best practices.
- Manage and deliver project milestones on schedule and to a high standard, contributing to the overall success of project teams through 2026.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or transport sectors, with a track record of delivering sustainability or climate-related projects.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and ERP systems, with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience creating data visualisations using Power BI (or similar tools).
- In-depth understanding of GHG emissions accounting and climate reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, AASB S2) – highly desirable.
- Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail, proactive initiative, and a strong commitment to safety, ethical behaviour, and organisational values.
