Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We are looking for a Group Climate Reporting Business Partner to work alongside our senior sustainability leaders as they deliver major emissions reporting and climate-related projects, enabling operational excellence and informed decision making across Fulton Hogan. This is a fixed-term role until December 2026. In addition to the above you will: Lead cross-functional efforts to source, analyse, and consolidate operational and emissions data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare comprehensive emissions reporting and climate-related disclosures in alignment with GHG Protocol and AASB S2 standards. Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective climate-related policies and procedures. Establish and maintain robust data integrity and documentation processes to ensure compliance and facilitate external assurance. Perform carbon modelling and deliver actionable insights to support strategic planning and options analysis. Create compelling data visualisations and workshop materials to clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences. Strengthen organisational capability by facilitating targeted training, presentations, and benchmarking against industry best practices. Manage and deliver project milestones on schedule and to a high standard, contributing to the overall success of project teams through 2026. We’re looking for someone with: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or transport sectors, with a track record of delivering sustainability or climate-related projects. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and ERP systems, with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights. Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience creating data visualisations using Power BI (or similar tools). In-depth understanding of GHG emissions accounting and climate reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, AASB S2) – highly desirable. Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail, proactive initiative, and a strong commitment to safety, ethical behaviour, and organisational values.
