Photography & video
- Capture high-quality event photography (crowds, atmosphere, setup, sponsor presence, key moments)
- Record short video clips for social media (behind-the-scenes, audience arrivals, highlights)
- Edit videos into short-form content (Reels/TikTok), including:
- Trimming, pacing, captions, music, simple transitions
- Basic colour correction and audio clean-up where required

- Helping audiences settle in and understand where to go
- Supporting smooth entry flow and friendly customer experience
- Being a positive, calm presence during busy periods
- Support on-the-ground marketing needs (signage placement, sponsor visibility, quick updates)
Skills & experience required
- Proven experience in a similar design/advertising/content role (agency, in-house, freelance, or events-based)
- Strong ability in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

- Strong time management and ability to deliver to deadlines
- Great communication and a team-first attitude
Qualifications
- A relevant qualification is preferred, such as:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or similar
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of formal qualifications
- Full/New Zealand work eligibility, Sponsorship might be available for the right candidate
- A restricted/full driver licence and reliable transport is an advantage (events may run late)
