Job Description: I am looking for a GoHighLevel automation expert who already has an Agency account and can set me up as a sub-account at a low monthly cost. I do not want to buy my own Agency plan and I do not want to work inside GoHighLevel. I want GoHighLevel to run in the background purely as the automation engine. This project involves building a fully automated Messenger to GPT instant pricing system for an insurance product in New Zealand. You must be able to connect Facebook Messenger flows to webhooks and to a GPT based pricing endpoint, then filter and qualify leads and send only high intent leads straight to my Gmail inbox. 1. Sub-account Setup You must: Have an existing GoHighLevel Agency plan Be able to add me as a low cost subaccount Manage all technical setup inside GoHighLevel I do not want to log in or operate GoHighLevel myself. 2. Messenger to GPT Instant Pricing Automation The Messenger chat flow must: Trigger from my Click to Message Facebook ads Ask only for age, gender, smoker status Send these to my GPT pricing API via webhook Receive back the weekly price plus a short explanation and disclaimer Reply instantly inside Messenger with the price and next steps question 3. Lead Qualification Logic A lead is qualified when they demonstrate intent. Examples include: Saying YES Asking for a real quote Asking what the next step is Requesting help to proceed The automation must detect this automatically. I do not want cold or unqualified leads forwarded to me. 4. Gmail Delivery Only For Qualified Leads You must set up the system so that only warm and qualified leads are emailed to my Gmail inbox. The email must include: Name Age Gender Smoker status Pricing shown to them Their final intent message Clean formatting and a clear subject line such as HOT LEAD Cancer Cover Name Age Do not send cold or unqualified leads. I want only high quality, ready to engage leads. 5. Fully Automated Follow Up Inside GoHighLevel Your build must include automated follow up such as: Messenger replies SMS messages Email nurturing Lead warming logic Tagging and status changes All of this must run inside GoHighLevel without me ever touching it. 6. Deliverables Working Messenger to GPT pricing workflow Complete qualification filtering Gmail delivery of high intent leads only Subaccount setup under your Agency plan Documentation and a simple Loom video explaining: How the flow works How the webhook is connected Where messages can be edited Completion within 2 to 4 days MUST HAVE SKILLS Advanced GoHighLevel workflow and automation experience Strong knowledge of Messenger flows connected to GoHighLevel Webhook and API integration expertise Experience with GPT or OpenAI API responses Understanding of qualification logic and lead scoring Ability to deliver highly organised workflows Clear communication and fast turnaround Insurance or financial services automation experience is a bonus.
