Description: We’re building an MVP platform that allows buyers to make secure offers for items on existing marketplaces without listings. Buyer funds are held in Stripe until the seller accepts. Sellers can accept, decline, or counter-offer, with a 5% platform commission. Magic links for sellers expire after 24 hours, and email notifications only for now. Requirements: • Frontend: Single WordPress site for buyer form and seller offer page • Backend: Node.js / Express OR PHP / Laravel • Stripe Connect: PaymentIntents, manual capture, destination charges, onboarding for sellers • Offer logic: PENDING → ACCEPTED / DECLINED / COUNTER-OFFER → REFUNDED • Email notifications: Buyer and seller updates via SendGrid or equivalent • Secure, tokenized magic links, GDPR/NZ compliant Deliverables: Fully functional MVP with buyer → seller flow, counter-offer, 5% fee, 24-hour expiry, Stripe integration, and deployment-ready WordPress + backend system. Timeline: ASAP Must have experience with Stripe Connect, multi-party payments, and secure escrow logic.
