We are looking for an experienced frontend developer to work on a modern, adult themed web platform. This role is focused entirely on frontend implementation quality, structure, accessibility, and maintainability. This is a frontend-only role. Backend, data, and business logic are handled separately. Core Requirements Semantic HTML5 - Valid, semantic HTML5 - Correct use of sectioning elements (header, main, section, article, etc.) - Clean document structure that supports accessibility, SEO, and long-term maintenance CSS3 (via Tailwind CSS) - Strong understanding of CSS fundamentals beneath Tailwind - Solid grasp of layout systems (flexbox, grid), stacking contexts, overflow, and responsiveness - Cross-browser awareness and ability to avoid fragile CSS patterns - Disciplined Tailwind usage with clear intent - Sensible typography practices, including avoiding unnecessary bolding or visual emphasis Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui - Production experience using Tailwind CSS - Comfortable working with shadcn/ui components and patterns - Ability to customize and extend components cleanly - Understanding of variants, composition, and design consistency Next.js - Solid working knowledge of Next.js - Experience building reusable UI components - Familiarity with modern Next.js routing and rendering patterns - Experience with both static and dynamic pages Accessibility - Accessibility is a requirement, not optional - Awareness of semantic markup, keyboard navigation, focus management, and ARIA where appropriate - Ability to build interfaces that do not rely on visual hacks to be usable Tooling and Workflow - Comfortable working with GitLab (repositories, branches, merge requests) - Ability to collaborate through code reviews - Visual regression testing experience is a bonus (for example screenshot-based testing or Storybook-based workflows) Project Context - Adult themed website (professional and polished, not gimmicky) - Frontend-only scope covering UI, layouts, and components - Designer-provided direction or low-fidelity layouts - Emphasis on clean structure and correctness over visual micromanagement Important Notes - You must be comfortable working on an adult themed project - Code quality, accessibility, and structure matter more than speed - This is not a junior role How to Apply Please include: - A brief summary of your frontend experience - Links to live sites or repositories demonstrating clean HTML, Tailwind usage, and component structure - Confirmation that you are comfortable working on an adult themed site - Any experience with accessibility or visual regression testing
