Based at our North Harbour branch, the Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the management and performance of our courier fleet. This role is also critical in the delivery of our premium services to customers. You’ll work with the broader management team to ensure service standards are met and exceeded, through the upholding of service level goals and financial targets. Providing hands-on assistance where needed and getting involved with service analysis and reporting, you’ll strengthen the link between our contractors, Operations teams and customers.
- maintaining a full fleet of contractor drivers
- Training contractors towards service excellence
- Regular vehicle audits + add in other relevant day-to-day task
- Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives
- Proven aptitude in leadership – motivating and developing high-performing teams
- A positive and approachable demeanour both with customers and your team
- Experience in working with operational performance metrics
- Knowledge and experience in freight/logistics industries
