  • MCC Label is actively recruiting experienced, trade-qualified Print Press Operators to join our high-performing production teams across Australia, with Brisbane as a key location and additional opportunities in other major cities for the right candidates.
  • You’ll work with state-of-the-art printing and finishing technology, producing premium labels for world-class brands, alongside a team of skilled professionals who take real pride in their craft. Expect a dynamic production environment, rotating shifts, strong team culture, and genuine opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.
  • Duties include
  • Operate advanced printing technology to deliver client orders on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect components regularly and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Uphold quality assurance practices, maintaining accurate production and quality records.
  • Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • About You
  • Trade qualified (Certificate III in Print or equivalent).
  • Skilled in Offset (TCS, MO3, MO4, Lithographic), Nilpeter, Rotary, Flexographic (Flexo), or Digital print processes.
  • Experience with highly embellished labels is a plus, but not essential.
  • Background in printing or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control standards.
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
  • Eligible Australian / New Zealand working rights.
