As our Commercial Analyst, you turns EverWell’s data into clear, actionable commercial insights. You will own forecasting, pricing and packaging analysis, performance reporting, and decision‑support across go‑to‑market and product. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, you will identify growth opportunities, quantify trade‑offs, and help senior leaders make confident, timely decisions that improve revenue, margin, and customer outcomes. (Some of) what you'll do. Power commercial decisions – Partner across product, GTM and deals to provide sharp commercial insight on investments, launches and contracts. Build models that matter – Create robust financial models, scenarios and business cases that turn complexity into confident decisions. Spot growth opportunities – Analyse market and performance data to uncover new revenue streams and growth levers. Forecast with confidence – Work with Finance and Revenue leaders to deliver accurate, trusted forecasts and performance reporting. Lift commercial capability – Design tools and processes that raise the bar on commercial thinking and execution across the business. What you'll bring. Strong analytical toolkit – Advanced Excel/Sheets, financial modelling, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau or Power BI). Solid commercial instincts – Hands-on experience with pricing, unit economics, LTV/CAC, cohorts, funnels and sales productivity in SaaS. Clear, compelling communication – Able to turn analysis into crisp stories, visuals and recommendations that influence leaders. Collaborative mindset – Comfortable partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Support, and influencing without authority.
