- About the Role
- As our Enterprise Change Manager, you’ll play a critical role in a newly formed Innovation group, working at the centre of a large-scale programmes.
- This is a newly created position that offers you the opportunity to influence across senior leadership, and your vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving meaningful change
- Reporting to the Head of Digital, Design and Delivery, you’ll bring together people, process, and purpose, leading the change strategy on this journey.

- In this key role you’ll
- Lead enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans to drive adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working.
- Partner with senior leaders and project teams to connect strategic intent with practical delivery, aligning transformation with customer and efficiency outcomes.
- Shape and deliver communication and engagement strategies that inform, inspire, and unite people through change.
- Build capability through targeted training and support programs, creating confident, future-ready teams.
- Anticipate and manage change risks and dependencies, ensuring transformation is sustainable and embedded across the business.
- To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following
- Proven success leading large-scale organisational or digital transformation within complex, multi-layered organisations.
- The ability to influence and partner with executive leaders, guiding strategy and fostering alignment.
- Outstanding storytelling and facilitation skills, with a focus on clarity, confidence, and collaboration.
- A curious and continuous-improvement mindset, balancing structure with adaptability.
- Strong digital and analytical capability, using tools and insight to drive engagement and results.
