Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with the Head of BNZ Research, who let us know the following about the role: What are some of the day to day tasks of an Economic Research - Digital Marketing & Communications Lead? Work closely with the Economic Research team in all areas of their work to deliver timely, compliant insights to our customer base. Create, edit and format high-quality documents, presentations and marketing materials in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud to a professional standard. Build, test and deploy customer communication in BNZ’s marketing automation channel platform, Marketo. Coordinate creating publications across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery under pressure. Apply a strong design eye and high attention to detail to ensure all outputs are on brand. What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? The key focus for this role is to support the Markets business with digital marketing, customer journeys, digital processes and related activities! What is your favourite thing about working for BNZ? I really enjoy the ability to work flexibly which BNZ embraces, and within our team we have the autonomy to make the role our own, which is great! What attributes will this person have in order to be successful? Expert in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint – formatting, templates, layouts and presentations 3+ years using Marketing Automation Platforms, preferably Marketo Strong organisational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about creating great customer experiences What do we want you to know about this role before you apply? This is a fixed term opportunity covering parental leave for 12 months.
