Sharma Holdings (Palmy) Limited is looking for multiple Duty Managers for its liquor store- The Bottle-o College street based in West End, Palmerston North who will be required to perform the following responsibilities:

• Assisting the management with organizing, managing, and leading the overall operations of the store.
• Assist in delivering a super shopping experience for our customers while monitoring and upholding the store’s legal obligations and conditions of its license and the requirements of the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
• Giving super-friendly service to our customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Ensure creative use of retail merchandise strategies to execute store displays, and promotional displays.
• Manage product range, stock levels and coordinate with suppliers accordingly, to ensure that store is always equipped with adequate stock.
• Helping with marketing activities, store advertising, and promotions.
• Assisting with rostering, cash handling, budgeting, and health & safety aspects.
• Maintaining store standards including maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.
• Contribute to the company KPI's and sales target of the store
• Open and close the store as and when required.
• Selling the liquor and other store items.

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $24 to $28 per hour.

Other important requirements:

• Relevant work experience will be highly preferred
• LCQ will be highly preferred
• Driver's License preferred
• Available to work in a rostered shift.
• Availability to work on weekends
• Physically fit to be able to stand for longer hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
