About the role

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our fabulous team working in our Care home at Papamoa Beach Village in Papamoa. We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude, excellent communication skills and who can work as part of our team to provide support in maintaining our care home to a high standard.

This is a 8-month Fixed Term from 26th December 2025 to 10th August 2026 working 22 hours per week.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

• Provide exceptional cleaning support to our residents
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Ensuring residents belongings are treated with respect
• Ensuring all heath guidelines are followed

Some things that will support your application include:

• Good level of fitness
• Previous cleaning experience ideally in Aged Care is highly beneficial.
• Empathy for the elderly and a love of making a difference in our residents’ lives
• Bright, hardworking “can do” attitude and a team focus
