In this role, you will be responsible for managing documentation processes, including the accurate preparation of all required loan documents in line with established procedures and within agreed service levels. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will ensure smooth and efficient operations within the documentation preparation team. About the Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely preparation of loan documentation and supporting a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing loan contracts and mortgage documents in line with client instructions and state legislation. Identifying and resolving discrepancies, following up on outstanding information, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Managing client queries and escalations, taking ownership of your client base, and delivering exceptional service. Adhering to internal policies, client-specific processes, and privacy laws while fostering continuous improvement. Collaborating with peers, contributing positively to team culture, and supporting business objectives. Meeting productivity and quality targets, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed service levels. Actively identifying and escalating risks to maintain compliance and operational integrity. About You You’re a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders. Accurate data entry skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, client-focused approach. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities. Resilience and adaptability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting.
