Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We're seeking for an experienced Digital Document Specialist to join us at Fulton Hogan. Project Scope: Currently were working on the SH1 Papakura to Drury Stage 1B - at least four years of continuous work ahead. (Stage 1B) is part of a staged upgrade to improve SH1 and adjacent multi modal travel reliability, access, and safety. Stage 1B ties into Stage1A, NIMT Bridges, and completes a combined 6km of three laned SH1 in both directions, six new motorway bridges and multiple interfacing local roads, over motorway bridges, Shared User Paths (SUPs) and upgraded utilities. This role is the system Gate Keeper of all project related documentation. With your keen eye for detail, you’ll be controlling documents such as reports, drawings, financial records and other confidential project-related electronic documents and correspondence with multi external parties. In addition to the above you will: Maintain Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) by reviewing daily uploads Monitoring the incoming notices for priority action Conduct formatting and review of documents to ensure they are presentable and readable, you will be meticulous in looking for grammatical errors Ensuring correct metadata/ information tags is applied Offer support and guidance to both internal and external members on process requirements Run reports when required and offer training and support of the EDRMS to necessary stakeholders Working alongside a various Project Managers and Engineers This is a crucial role for our projects ensuring confidentiality along with accuracy in sharing information with the right people and in the right way. On-the-job and ongoing training for business processes and the EDRMS will be provided, you’ll be well supported by a wider Digital Document & Systems Team. We’re looking for someone with: Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) knowledge is preferred, otherwise training will be provided Strong MS Office suite expertise and good process knowledge Strong attention to detail including both written and oral communication skills Adaptability to learn and develop new systems quickly Prior construction experience is an advantage but not a requirement A Records & Information or Business Administration qualification will be advantageous but is not essential Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
