Hi! I’m looking for a calm, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me grow Soul Whispers Within, a sensory, ritual-inspired digital product brand. This is a long-term role (starting at 5 hours/week) supporting: digital product mockups social media content creation ivorey website updates simple email flows inside ivorey file organisation weekly maintenance tasks I need someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys working with creative digital products (journals, oracle cards, stationery, wallpapers, etc.). This is NOT a high-pressure environment — I value steady, consistent work and clear communication. ⭐ YOUR PRIMARY TASKS (weekly) 🟣 1. Social Media Support Create 5 Instagram posts (using Canva templates) Create 2–3 ASMR-style reels Create 3–5 story slides Format captions + hashtags Upload and schedule weekly content Maintain cohesive brand aesthetic 🟣 2. Mockup Creation (high priority) Create digital product mockups (journals, oracle cards, stationery, wallpapers) Prepare listing images for Etsy + ivorey Export in correct sizes Organise mockups in Google Drive 🟣 3. ivorey Website Management Upload new products to the shop Add product images + CTAs Update homepage sections Add new freebies Maintain email delivery inside ivorey Keep the site visually consistent 🟣 4. Etsy Support (optional/occasional) Upload listings Add images, tags, and titles Add alt text Refresh older listings 🟣 5.
