• Franklin Vets is a progressive veterinary practice making a real difference to the lives of animals and their people. With 16 locations across South Auckland, North Waikato, and the Hauraki/Coromandel districts, we’re committed to delivering quality care through innovative technology. We also provide back-office support to 5 clinics for The Vet Centre in Northland.

• We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Delivery Manager to lead our IT & Digital function and turn digital strategy into action.

• This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on execution, people leadership, and
• change. You’ll shape your team and work closely with clinicians and leaders across the business. Together with our Process Improvement Manager and external partners, you’ll ensure our digital platforms are reliable, secure, and genuinely improve how we work and care for our clients.

• This role is about delivery — rolling up your sleeves, lifting adoption, and making technology work better for people.

• About the Role
• This role is responsible for delivering our digital roadmap and supporting our long-term vision — a connected, future-ready digital ecosystem that strengthens clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and client experience, while preserving our strong people-first culture. You will facilitate the execution of digital initiatives across the business through your highly tuned ability to lead change, build alignment, and project manage to ensure timely delivery.

• What you’ll be doing

• Own and deliver the digital roadmap — turning priorities into action, timelines, and outcomes
• Ensure initiatives move from idea to delivery and adoption
• Shape, lead and develop our IT / Digital team
• Maximise the value of our existing systems including supporting people capability
• Develop and lead our data and reporting strategy
• Drive system optimisation, automation, and integration
• Identify where AI and emerging technologies can create real value and bring these to life
• Lead change management and system adoption across the business
• Own digital governance, cyber security, and vendor relationships
• Keep leaders and clinics informed on what’s happening, what’s coming, and what’s delivered

• About You
• You’re a pragmatic digital leader who gets things done. You understand technology, but you’re equally strong with people, influence, and delivery.

You’ll bring

• Proven experience in digital delivery, IT service management, or transformation execution
• Strong project and change management capability
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and clinical leaders
• Practical understanding of systems, data, and cyber security
• Clear communicator who builds trust and gets things done
• Healthcare or veterinary experience is helpful, but not essential.
