This is a meaningful opportunity for a Deaf professional, or someone with a strong connection to the Deaf community, to bring cultural insight, lived experience, and advocacy into a role where it truly matters. About the Role In this role, you will: Review service user communications to ensure they are clear, accessible and inclusive for Deaf customers Complete quality audits and provide quality feedback informed by lived experience and knowledge of NZ Deaf culture Develop and support the promotion of accessible services and campaigns Partner with internal teams to improve accessibility and service user experiences Act as a trusted voice for the Deaf community within Concentrix What We’re Looking For Deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals or people with strong connections to the Deaf community Understanding of NZ Deaf culture and accessible communication, including NZSL Experience in quality assurance, customer experience, advocacy, promotions or community engagement (helpful but not essential) Confidence sharing feedback and influencing positive change Strong written communication skills (NZSL users welcome, interpreting support available) Why Join Concentrix? Working Hours This is a part‑time position of up to 30 hours per week, with flexibility to structure these hours in a way that works for you.
