  • This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Aotearoa New Zealand.

  • Develop and lead a data decisioning framework that drives personalisation across web, app, CRM, and media channels.
  • Set and execute NZ’s web strategy, aligning with digital, brand, and customer ambitions.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, leveraging insights to optimise UX and content performance.
  • Collaborate with data, Martech, and digital teams to ensure robust data collection, integration, and governance.
  • Oversee website operations, managing content production, feature development, and compliance processes.
  • Utilise AI tools and emerging technologies to reimagine digital customer journeys and accelerate innovation.

  • Experience in data decisioning, personalisation, or strategic digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort with data-driven tools and insights.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence and inspire.
  • A growth mindset and passion for creating customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
