Join a collaborative, high performing team Competitive salary Health and life insurance Great location – in the Greymouth / Lake Brunner area of the West Coast THE OPPORTUNITY Join the collaborative, high-performing team on Bell Hill Dairy and gain hands-on experience across all areas of modern dairy farming. You’ll assist with tasks from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing, while learning the skills that come with working on a larger-scale operation - including shed and animal health management, mating plans, and moving stock with Halter technology. This is a hands-on role for someone with a passion for farming, and a desire to grow their career in a collaborative, supportive environment. THE FARM Located in the scenic Greymouth / Lake Brunner region on the West Coast, Bell Hill Dairy is a progressive farming operation where you’ll be part of a team milking 900 cows through a modern 60-bail rotary shed. Our farm spans 505 hectares (450 ha effective), featuring unique humped and hollowed terrain that supports efficient, large-scale dairy production. ABOUT YOU You’re enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready to contribute to the team’s success. You’re eager to learn, develop your skills, and make a real impact on the farm.
