You’ll assist with tasks from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing, while learning the skills that come with working on a larger-scale operation - including shed and animal health management, mating plans, and moving stock with Halter technology. This is a hands-on role for someone with a passion for farming, and a desire to grow their career in a collaborative, supportive environment. THE FARM Located in the scenic Greymouth / Lake Brunner region on the West Coast, Bell Hill Dairy is a progressive farming operation where you’ll be part of a team milking 900 cows through a modern 60-bail rotary shed. Our farm spans 505 hectares (450 ha effective), featuring unique humped and hollowed terrain that supports efficient, large-scale dairy production. ABOUT YOU You’re enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready to contribute to the team’s success. You’re eager to learn, develop your skills, and make a real impact on the farm.
