Ngā kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to join our Customer Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships, shaping solutions, and driving successful engagements through proposals to delivery. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and strategic partners, ensuring value is delivered at every stage of the client journey. You will be expected to: Drive business development initiatives, contributing to the creation of compelling proposals and supporting the end-to-end pursuit process and all internal processes wrapped around business development activities. Manage client engagements from onboarding through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and commercial outcomes are met Identify, capture and manage early engagement risks following PwC risk policies and procedures. Support the contracting and reconstructing process for our clients Supporting with job estimation, pricing modelling and resourcing solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Serve as an escalation point for client issues, proactively managing risks and ensuring timely resolution. Engage and coordinate stakeholders across Salesforce, internal delivery teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts through value-added solutions and continuous improvement. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand financial drivers, pricing, and value propositions. Experience or capability in business analysis, including gathering requirements and translating client needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at multiple levels. Understanding of Salesforce best practice delivery processes.
