What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga Based in our New Plymouth Centre, you’ll be the friendly face of the AA—bringing a warm, bubbly personality and customer-first mindset to every interaction. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions Work standard hours across Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts—up to approximately 46.5 hours per week in the short term This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term role, providing a great opportunity to gain experience within a well-respected and supportive organisation.
