Be part of our Contact Centre team located in Newmarket Represent automotive luxury brands Competitive Salary Package We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Relationship & Experience Agent. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and help drive loyalty and growth across our retail business. Reporting to the Lead Customer Relationship Agent, you’ll work to achieve aftersales targets and ensure outstanding experiences for both internal and external customers. Some of your day to day duties will include but not be limited to: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers Meet specified Key Performance Measures and contribute to a high-performance team Ensure accurate entry of contact information into the CRM system. completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed Coordinate with workshops regarding service availability To ensure your success you will have: A Secondary qualification Experience in a similar customer facing/service role Knowledge of the automotive industry, OEM requirements (preferred however not essential) High volume site experience (preferred however not essential) Possess a strong sales culture focus What's in it for you?
