- Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist within our ANZ Operations division. This position falls under our Customer Experience (CX) line of business and is based in our Ellerslie office. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in retaining our customers by managing and exceeding expectations through delivering a high-quality service that focuses on our customer centric approach. You’ll build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of customer excellence whilst adhering to service level agreements. The yearly salary for this role is $55,000 plus a monthly target incentive, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm (afternoon shift). We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Australasia Customer Experience Team servicing Australian and New Zealand customers. How We Work As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid (3 days in office/2 days from home) environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Workspace in Ellerslie office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the role will include: General inbound queries (telephone and email based) Creation and maintenance of customer accounts including: Card activations, replacements, and terminations Validation and processing of transactions Problem resolution and triaging Case management Respond to and resolve product or service issues that customers are experiencing. Qualifications & Skills 1 to 3 years’ previous experience in customer service or a senior administrator role. Card sector experience or experience in the automotive, fuels, oil and/or energy sector, payments, credit or debit card services will be highly regarded Expert communication skills with excellent active listening skills and the ability to show empathy with customers. Strong problem solver and can identify solutions for customers' particular situations as well as assimilate information quickly and accurately. Patience and adaptability when dealing with others Enthusiasm for helping people and can easily build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Commitment to customer-centric outcomes and first point resolution.
