We run multiple 7 figure DTC brands and are looking for a performance-focused Creative Strategist to help us scale Meta ads through better creative iteration. This is NOT a media buyer role and NOT a general “ads expert” role. Your job is to analyse what is already working, extract patterns, and turn those insights into clear, repeatable creative briefs that our team can execute at speed. What You’ll Be Doing - Audit our Meta ad accounts weekly - Identify top-performing creatives by CPA, spend, and longevity - Break down why those creatives work (hook, angle, structure, proof, CTA) - Research competitor creatives and category trends - Create 5–10 clear, execution-ready creative briefs per week - Continuously iterate briefs based on performance feedback What You Will NOT Be Doing - Editing videos - Uploading ads - Managing budgets or bids - Writing fluffy concepts without data to back them up What We’re Looking For - Strong experience with Meta ads for DTC brands - Deep understanding of creative testing and iteration frameworks - Ability to think in patterns, not one-off ideas - Very strong written communication Bonus If You Have - Experience in pet, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands - Familiarity with Ads Library research and competitor analysis - Experience briefing editors or UGC creators Niche - We run 1x Brand in the Pet Niche (you'll be writing ads for multiple countries) - We run 1x Consumer Electronics brand (again, writing briefs/ads for different countries) Part-time to start (10 hours per week) Trial period: 30 days Long-term potential for the right person
