We are looking for a Class 1 Courier Driver who can ensure our Client's Fast-Moving Courier Goods get from origin to destination within compliance on time, every time. The Role is on Full Time Basis and it is Permanent on ongoing basis for the Eligible Candidate,

The Minimum Hours of work are Guaranteed of 32 per week and maximum will be 40. Candidate must have 1 to 2 years’s relevant experience or have qualification of level 4 or higher to understand the work's requirements.

About You: To be successful in this role you must holds the valid Driving License

Key Tasks Include:

• To have and maintain a clean license appropriate to the class of vehicle being driven.
• To operate and maintain designated vehicles in a professional manner.
• To abide by relevant transport regulations and permit requirements.
• To monitor hub odometer, tires, general operation and advise management when relevant items need attention before due date.
• To load and unload goods from vehicle as per loading requirements.
• To be able to use a manual gearbox such as, but not limited to, a road ranger gearbox
• When driving is not required you will be given duties in workshop or designated job areas according to your skills.
• The management may require additional tasks to be undertaken at any given time.
• Enter into all or any training schemes to assist in the operation of safe site practice including but not limited to the use of other machines once suitably qualified or industry approved instruction or training has been completed.

Candidates must have:

• a clean Class 1 Full Driver License
• a positive attitude and great work ethic
• good command of the English language
• a sound understanding of Health and Safety
• a clean police clearance certificate

Pay Rate: Starts $25 NZD to 30 NZD

Timing of the Shifts of Work: will have a mixture of split shifts throughout the week.
