As we continue this growth journey, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our Mobility Contracts team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient contract management across our Mobility product portfolio. What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga In this dynamic role, you’ll support the end-to-end contract process—from generation and onboarding to performance tracking and complaint resolution—while delivering exceptional service to contractors and third-party providers. You’ll maintain accurate records in our CRM systems, prepare performance reports, coordinate meetings and travel, and assist with information gathering for reports. Your ability to create clear Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation will help streamline operations, while your collaboration with the wider team ensures contractors are onboarded and managed seamlessly. About You | Mōu You’ll bring proven administrative experience—ideally within the automotive industry—along with exceptional customer service and communication skills that allow you to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively. Your sharp attention to detail and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals will be key, as will your strong planning and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, and experience with CRM systems will be highly valued. You’ll have a relevant business-related qualification and proven experience in a similar role, giving you the confidence to manage complex processes and deliver outstanding support in a fast-paced environment.
