We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to help run and grow an online community of sales professionals on Circle. This community is a fast-growing space where salespeople connect, grow their skills, and support one another through shared content, resources, and conversations. Your role will be to ensure the community remains engaged, vibrant, and valuable. Responsibilities: - Manage daily activity inside the Circle community - Monitor and respond to member questions or posts - Curate and schedule engaging content (prompts, resources, updates) - Help onboard new members and ensure they feel welcomed - Work closely with the leadership team to support launches, events, and community initiatives - Track member engagement metrics and suggest improvements Must-Have Experience: - Prior experience managing a Circle community - Familiarity with sales professionals or business coaching communities - Strong written communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage content calendars and keep engagement high - Comfortable working independently with proactive communication Preferred: - Experience with CRM tools or basic analytics - Familiarity with the sales and coaching world - Bonus points for previous work with personal brands or cohort-based programs. - You must be able to work within the USA time zone. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity (starting at 2-4 hours per day) with potential for growth.
