New Zealand Geographic is a print magazine and website that specialises in understanding our society and environment. We also publish education resources, virtual reality products, convene the popular annual Photographer of the Year competition as well as being an active supporter and innovator in the marine science space. It operated by Kōwhai Media Ltd, a small, New Zealand family-owned company and based in a Britomart precinct loft in Auckland, New Zealand.
