As our Organisational Change Lead, you’ll plan, lead, and implement change management strategies that make complex programmes land well focusing on the people side of change, so our leaders and teams are ready, willing, and able to adopt new ways of working. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to embed strategic People initiatives (including the integration of our competency framework) and build organisation-wide capability, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you’ll shape, and champion Watercare’s change approach across key strategic projects—coaching leaders, engaging change agents, and lifting our change maturity. This work is central to Watercare’s current period of change driven by new legislation, financial separation, and preparation for interim and permanent regulation. In this role, you will bring: Proven experience in a similar change management or transformation role. Deep understanding of change management principles and their practical applications within an organisational context. Hands-on experience leading large-scale transformational programmes, driving successful outcomes cross complex environments. Demonstrated ability to provide change leadership, including coaching, mentoring and supporting stakeholders through change Experience in delivering organisational development projects and initiatives.
