Please note this is a Full-time, maximum-term until 30 June 2028 opportunity offering 76 hours per fortnight based out of our Red Hill location. Your part in our UnitingCare team The Home Access for people with Disability program objective is to ensure that people with disability have access to secure, suitable, and stable housing. By providing comprehensive support and capability building through a collaborative, multi-agency approach, the service aims to facilitate seamless transitions into appropriate housing solutions, enhancing the quality of life for people with disability. As a Case Worker for our Home Access for people with Disability Program you will work with clients to find and maintain suitable housing. Responsibilities include: assessing needs, developing housing plans, coordinating with support services and landlords, providing practical assistance with tenancy and accessibility goals. collaboration with various stakeholders to help clients achieve greater independence and stability. What makes a difference for us? Minimum Cert IV in Human Services, Disability or Diploma in a related field with at least 2 years experience. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card). Current Drivers Licence. NDIS Worker Screening Check Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and therefore may result in the role closing early if the right applicant is found What makes a difference for you?
