We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our café team and lead daily operations.

Location: Leafe Cafe Westfield
Position: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience ($30-$35)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, train, and roster staff

• Create new drink recipes and work closely with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and regularly update the menu.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality

• Handle ordering, stock control, and cost management

• Drive sales and support business growth

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Previous experience in café or hospitality management preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Well organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure

• Barista skills and café operation knowledge are an advantage

• Must have valid working rights in New Zealand
