Company: Description: As Broker Support you will provide support to client facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation, including sending closing documentation to appropriate parties. Additionally, this role will be responsible for reception duties by acting as the first point of contact for all correspondence coming into the office, answering phones and greeting clients.   We will count on you to: Act as a first point of contact for the local office, answering phones and greeting clients. Delivering accurate, efficient, and timely administration & Technical support – such as insurance placement documentation, invoicing, updating computer records and premium funding documentation Manage and prioritise own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets. Processing of complex transactions and resolution of escalated matters within SLA Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation Develop effective working relationships with our internal broker network Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders What you need to have: 1-2 years administration experience desirable Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) - Outlook, Word and Excel Eagerness to learn Team player with a great sense of humour!
