What You’ll Do

  • Lead our sales strategy and execution across New Zealand — with autonomy and ambition.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise and mid-sized businesses across key sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact BPO solutions.
  • Represent the company at local business forums, industry events, and strategic roundtables.
  • Help shape and grow our presence in NZ — and eventually build a high-performing sales team.

Who You Are

  • A proven sales leader with 8+ years of BPO or outsourcing sales experience.
  • Known for building trusted relationships and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Commercially sharp, values-led, and deeply tuned into the Kiwi business landscape.
  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial energy — confident navigating ambiguity and scaling success.
  • A natural communicator and team player, with a genuine passion for helping businesses thrive.

  • You’ve launched or scaled a new market or business unit in NZ or across APAC.
  • You bring deep networks in key sectors like healthcare, telco, finance, or logistics.
  • You understand the cultural and operational nuances of delivering global services locally.
