About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Barbers to join our professional grooming team. This role is suited to someone who is confident in delivering high-quality men’s hair and grooming services and who takes pride in providing a personalised and professional experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing professional barbering services including men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
• Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and provide advice on suitable hairstyles, grooming, and hair care
• Performing hair treatments such as colouring or styling where required
• Using clippers, scissors, and razors to achieve precise and well-finished results
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organised work area at all times
• Cleaning and sanitising tools and equipment in line with health and safety standards
• Managing client appointments and handling payments where required
• Delivering consistent service standards to encourage repeat clientele

Skills and Experience

• A relevant certificate or above level qualification, alternatively in the absence of a qualification, at least 1-2 years of relevant industry/role experience is required.
• Strong practical skills in cutting, styling, and grooming men’s hair and beards
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time during busy periods
• Knowledge of current barbering styles and techniques
