About the role

Reporting to the Group Design Manager, who will nurture and support you to be the best you can be! We are seeking a motivated Assistant Design Manager who is eager to grow their career in construction project management. The position supports the Design Team in delivering high-quality outcomes across our developments. Through collaboration, accuracy, and creativity and a variety of responsibilities, your career will take off at pace, and will ensure projects meet customer expectations, regulatory standards, and align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare accurate CAD drawings and presentation materials using Revit.
  • Ensure visual consistency and manage external consultants for renders.
  • Collaborate on marketing collateral aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate finishes boards, colour schemes, and interior specifications.
  • Maintain and curate the product samples library.
  • Prepare and track Building Consent applications, responding to council RFIs.
  • Provide design team support across reviews and documentation updates.
  • Update design typologies and create 3D models based on feedback.

About you
This is an impressive opportunity to move your career forward in construction design management. We are looking for previous experience supporting the delivery of construction or development projects along with the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in design roles with strong Revit skills.
  • Knowledge of Building Consent processes and interior finishes.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
