  • We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager for our Rangiora store. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you will lead day to day in-store activity so that targets, consistency of branch standards and team capability requirements are successfully delivered.
  • This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gain access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands.

Your key focus will be

  • Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branch.
  • Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets.
  • Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising to the team as well as having a growth mindset and living the Farmlands vision and purpose.
  • Supporting the Branch Manager to recruit and induct new staff members.

  • You bring a range of leadership skills, thrive on mentoring others and you’re eager to grow your leadership capabilities and take the next step in your retail career.
  • You come from a customer facing background and know how to provide great service.
  • You will have knowledge of retail/commercial operational processes.
  • Experience in the agricultural sector would be ideal.
  • You have sound computer skills and can pick up new systems easily.
