HEB Construction is seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreperson to lead our Christchurch surfacing crew. This is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with the Supervisor and Project Manager to successfully deliver high-quality asphalt paving projects throughout the region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the asphalt paving crew to ensure safe, efficient, and high-standard project delivery.
• Coordinate daily operations, ensuring resources and equipment are organized for smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Operate paving equipment when required, including the paver.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Asphalt Foreperson.
• Strong team management and organizational skills.
• Ideally experienced in operating all asphalt paving machinery.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to project schedules.
