We are seeking a mobile engineer to: Handle the Android device requirement upgrade (minimum SDK, supported devices, layout fixes) Coordinate the release of both Android and iOS apps to include internally prepared bug fix patches Scope of Work: Update Android device requirements and implement edge-to-edge layout adjustments Test layout changes across multiple Android devices Prepare production-ready android release build Coordinate and release iOS production build (TestFlight/App Store) with bug fix patches applied by our team Ensure proper versioning, build configuration, and deployment for both platforms Estimated Effort: 10 hours (6h Android device upgrade + 4h iOS & Android submission & release) Required Skills: 2–3 years professional mobile development experience Proficiency in React Native for Android and iOS Experience managing mobile app releases on: Apple App Store (App Store Connect, TestFlight, certificates, provisioning profiles, app signing) Google Play Store (Play Console, internal testing tracks, production rollout) Ability to adjust layouts, fix styling issues, and ensure UI consistency across devices Debugging and testing platform-specific issues Deliverables: Android device upgrade implemented and tested Production-ready android and iOS builds Successful submission, release, and deployment of both Android and iOS apps including internal bug fix patches Notes: Bug fixes are prepared internally; the mobile engineer’s responsibility is release coordination Coordination with our team is required for proper versioning and deployment
