We are a health & wellness brand selling a functional mushroom coffee product on Amazon US. Our listing is already live and inventory is ready, but we are not running any PPC yet. We’re looking for an experienced Amazon PPC + Listing Optimization Specialist to take full ownership of our Amazon growth. This is a long-term role focused on building traction, improving ranking, and scaling sales consistently over the next 6–12+ months. Performance bonuses are available based on results. 🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For 📌 Listing Optimization (Immediate Priority) Improve product title, bullets, description, and backend keywords Conduct deep keyword and competitor research Optimize the listing for ranking AND conversion Provide recommendations for image improvements (we have designers who can implement) Ensure listing is fully ready for PPC launch Set up A/B tests to improve CTR and CVR 📌 Amazon PPC Setup & Management Build PPC campaigns from scratch (Auto, Broad, Exact, Competitor, Sponsored Brands if eligible) Daily/weekly bid optimization Keyword harvesting & negative keyword management Optimize ACOS/TACOS while increasing overall sales Report weekly with insights and next steps Build a ranking plan for organic growth 📌 Scaling & Strategy Help transition from FBM → FBA once sales momentum builds Advise on pricing strategy and review strategy Identify new keyword opportunities to expand reach Work towards consistent 10–20+ units/day over time Manage PPC budget efficiently ($2–3K/month starting) 🎯 Who We’re Looking For 2+ years experience managing Amazon PPC Strong experience with supplements, functional foods, coffee, or health categories Proven results improving ACOS/TACOS Ability to structure and optimize listings for A9 ranking Familiarity with FBM → FBA transitions Strong analytical and communication skills Comfortable with a long-term role and performance bonuses 💰 Compensation Hourly rate: $10–$20/hr (depending on experience) Hours: -15–25+ hours/month Performance bonuses for hitting key milestones (TACOS targets, sales/day targets, review growth, etc.) This model rewards strong performance while keeping our monthly cost predictable. 📈 Our PPC Budget Starting at $2,000–$3,000/month, with room to increase as performance improves. 📌 To Apply (Must Answer All Questions) Share examples of Amazon PPC campaigns you’ve managed (supplements/health preferred). Describe your PPC campaign structure for a brand-new product launch. What ACOS/TACOS targets do you typically aim for in the first 90 days? How do you improve ranking while maintaining profitability? Share a screenshot of a PPC dashboard (blur sensitive details). Are you comfortable with performance-based bonuses? What tools do you use? (Helium10, JS, etc.) We are ready to hire immediately. We aren't just a normal brand, we have extremely low cost per unit due to being part owned by the manufacturer so our margins are strong. So we're looking for someone who can use this to their advantage to rank us quickly and get us profitable on Amazon with both the short term and long term in mind.
