Mō te tūnga | About the role

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Administration Coordinator to join our team. You will bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff while undertaking general reception and admin duties for the Buller/Westcoast area office. Duties include;

  • Administrative support and general support to the management team
  • Purchase order processing and accounts
  • Record management, filing and archiving
  • Ordering and sorting office supplies
  • Reception duties and being a point of contact for staff and visitors to the office
  • Answering phones and responding to general enquiries

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

  • Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • You must already hold the right to work in New Zealand.
