About the Role. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Account Manager to support and manage multiple creators. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and gradually take over creator accounts once fully trained. The ideal candidate is friendly, conversational, great at building rapport, and able to communicate in a natural, non-corporate tone. Key Responsibilities Support and manage daily communications with assigned creators in a friendly, conversational style. Shadow and learn from the Team Lead, gradually taking over creator accounts when ready. Ensure creators stay aligned with weekly goals set by the management team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and update on creator needs. Track performance metrics and report updates to the team lead. Provide reminders, encouragement, and guidance to creators in a supportive, non-formal tone. Handle basic administrative tasks, documentation, and daily check-ins. Requirements Excellent written English with a warm, natural, conversational tone (NOT corporate). Highly reliable, consistent, and responsive during assigned hours. Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and shadow a senior manager. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators. Stable internet connection and ability to work PH hours. Previous experience in customer support, account management, or creator management is a plus (not required).
